This was one of our first designs, taking inspiration from floral rug designs seen in the markets of Srinigar. The floral patterns are not too bold, as to keep the design simple and fluid, almost organic in design.We used the effective tradional combination of a tan background, with a predominantly deep red patterns The Gulmohar Tan design was based on this design but with a bolder floral pattern.
