Returns Information

Retail:

1: Delivery

All deliveries are free when the order is over �100 and delivery is to the UK Mainland, including Northern Ireland and Scotland.
We always use next day delivery couriers.

For items in stock, items will normally be dispatched within 3 working days, unless otherwise confirmed at time of order placement.

For items in stock in Kashmir, please allow 3-4 weeks delivery time. Customers will be notified at time of order placement.

For items that need to be made from new, including bespoke pieces, please allow 2-4 months depending on time of year and complexity of the design. Customers will be notified of expected production and delivery times at time of order placement.

If items are due to be further delayed customers will be notified at the earliest possible time. KV Creations cannot be held responsible or be fined for any delays as unexpected delays can occur with both production and importing.

2: Payment

All items must be paid for in full at time of order placement. The customer will be notified of the amount, as discounts may be given on special circumstances. Customers will never pay more for an item than has been advertised on the website, except for bespoke pieces that need to be priced as per quote. All prices referenced on the website do include VAT.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and can take these payments over the phone. No surcharge is taken for credit cards.

3: Products

We aim to reproduce the colours on our web site and postcards as accurately as the photographic and production processes allow.
Please be aware that due to the nature of the materials used and the fact all items are individually handmade by a variety of craftsmen, a degree of variation in both colour and accuracy of design in inevitable. We do our best to keep these variations to a minimum, and do undergo a strict quality check before dispatch to determine accuracy of design, colour and overall quality.

4: Returns/Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, we will exchange or refund 100% of the products cost if the item is returned in sellable condition within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
P&P incurred on a return are direct costs and we regret they cannot be refunded.

5: Complaints

If you have any query or complaint about the service you have received, please contact our customer services department by email on complaints@kvcreations.co.uk or write to us at Customer Services Department, KV Creations, 63C Prince Of Wales Rd, London, NW5 3LT. We aim to acknowledge your letter within 3 working days of receipt and to do our utmost to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Trade:

1: Minimum Order

For retailers, the initial order must be no less than 300. Further orders must be no less than 500 which allows a retailer a good sample of designs to be sold.
For interior designers & project managers, please enquire regarding quantities for specific projects.

2: Order fulfilment & Delivery

We will endeavour to respond with accurate lead times within 24 hours of receipt of your enquiry.

Items will always be sent by our next day delivery courier, and will be insured to the full amount.

3: Payment

For trade accounts, 50% deposit of gross amount must be paid within 7 days of the pro-forma invoice, unless otherwise agreed by KV Creations.

A 2.5% discount on the balance is offered to trade customers who settle their account within 7 days nett from the date of delivery.
KV Creations remains the sole owner of all goods until all goods are paid for in full.
