Retail customers:
Would you like a rug or wall hanging made to your specific size requirements? Most of the designs can be made to order
The minimum size must be 30sq feet in total. An additional 25-30% charge will be added pro-rata to the size as we need to pay for redesign services in Kashmir.
Please allow 2-4 months lead time, depending on size, complexity of the design and the time of year.
Customers will notified of production and delivery lead times at time of order placement.

Trade Customers:
Any design, within reason of complexity, can be made to large scale order. Any size, including circular pieces, can be made.
Minimum order for this bespoke service is 1000sq feet in total of all pieces ordered, including cushion covers.
